InspireHer x University Health Network (UHN)
On Friday, May 31, 2024 10am-1pm (EST), InspireHer 2024 will take place in partnership with University Health Network (UHN), where a select group of female high school students will have the unique opportunity to tour the world-class healthcare research facility, and network with a group of female scientists, researchers and healthcare leaders.
Students will gain the following:
Hands-on experience with health sciences research in a hospital environment,
Interact with a panel of women scientists to share their journey and career advice,
Engage with peers who share similar goals in pursuing post-secondary education in health sciences in an inclusive setting.
The event is free for secondary students enrolled in Grades 9-12. We also accept 1st year post-secondary students currently enrolled in STEM programs.
Space is extremely limited and on a first come basis, please register before April 31. We will reach out to the selected students with confirmation and event agenda.
