Speaker panel
Show our students role models in the profession they want to pursue. Have a panel of your most successful women/BIPOC employees share their candid personal stories: how they made it to their current position and advice they have for the audience.
Mentorship Session
In a small group format, pair your employees with our students for a more personal Q&A session where the students can get advice for their specific needs and potentially make a new connection in industry.
Technical Workshops
Teach critical technical skills to our students to help advance or unblock their pursuit of a knowledge based profession.

Job Shadowing
Demystify the experience of working in your company’s field by showing our clients what it’s like to work at your company. For an afternoon have your employees share their projects and processes in small groups, or in larger office tours.
What to expect
Currently we are looking for partners for fall 2021, either for single or multiple events. A great way to maximize your impact is to run the same event multiple times, each time with a new cohort of our students.
Typically each event runs 1-2 hours and can have between 20 and 100 attendees. Multiple events can be combined to create a half or full day event.
All our events can be run fully remote.
