Our Mission

We aim to grow the size and diversity of Canada’s knowledge-based workforce through education and empowerment of traditionally under-represented groups, including women, new Canadians, visible minorities, LGBTQ+, and Indigenous people.


Our Impact

  • 2000+ students participated in the InspireHer Program, including speakers panels, on-site visits, sector-led skills training and one-on-one mentorship

  • Supported FIRST Robotics Competition with Toronto District School Board

  • Creating thought-leadership as part of the economic impact study

  • $20K in scholarship as part of the InspireHer Scholarship program, enabling access to post-secondary education in STEAM for women of colour.
